Due to the nature of digital marketing services, Adzee Marketing does not offer refunds once a service has been initiated, delivered, or completed. However, we strive to address concerns and find appropriate resolutions for any dissatisfaction.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If a client has been mistakenly charged twice for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded.
- Service Non-Delivery: If Adzee Marketing fails to commence the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline due to internal reasons, a refund may be granted.
- Cancellation Before Execution: If a client requests a cancellation before any work has begun, they may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to deductions for administrative and processing costs.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for a refund:
- Completed Services: Once the campaign has been launched, creatives have been developed, or ad spends have been utilized, no refunds will be issued.
- Third-Party Costs: Any expenses incurred for third-party services (e.g., ad spends on Meta, Google, influencer fees, or software tools) are non-refundable.
- Consultations & Strategy Development: Fees for consultation calls, strategy planning, and audits are non-refundable as they involve time and expertise.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, clients must follow these steps:
- Submit a written request to support@adzeemarketing.com with details of the issue and relevant documentation.
- Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.
5. Dispute Resolution
If a client is dissatisfied with the service, we encourage them to reach out to our support team before initiating a dispute. We aim to resolve concerns amicably through revisions, optimizations, or alternative solutions.
Adzee Marketing reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. By engaging with our services, clients agree to the terms outlined above.
